Pierce Division efforts
MGB Collaborative
The Chester M. Pierce MD Division of Global Psychiatry is based in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). Across the Mass General Brigham integrated health system, comprised of 82,000 employees, colleagues are today developing innovative health and mental health care delivery programs at the intersection of global and domestic community health.
Advancing these initiatives and amplifying their impact in a country and world that stands to benefit greatly will be optimally facilitated by the sharing of ideas and collaborations. In the service of advancing global and domestic community mental health, the Pierce Division seeks to serve as a convener of conversations and an interdisciplinary community of psychologists and psychiatrists, nurses and epidemiologists, geneticists and anthropologists, social workers and economists, and other allied professionals at MGH and across the MassGeneral Brigham integrated health system.
