Mental Health Task Sharing
From 2010-2020, Drs. Raviola and Smith supported NGO Zanmi Lasante serving 1.5 million people through a mental health task sharing model that included community health workers, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and physicians. Since 2020, the team has sustained increased service needs during a period of significant hardship and national crisis.
