Description: Bruno Falissard, MD, PhD, is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. Following his medical studies, Dr. Falissard received a PhD in biostatistics and completed a fellowship in psychometrics and exploratory multidimensional methods. He is now a full professor of Public Health at South Paris University, the head of the Master in Public Health program there, and the head of the Center of Epidemiology and Population Health. He is an author and co-author on more than 400 papers and the author of four books. He is a practicing clinician in child and adolescent psychiatry and his research areas focus on methodology and epistemology of mental health. In 2015, he became the president of IACAPAP (International Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions) and a member of the French Academy of Medicine.
